Our services

Native 615 Transactions provides real estate transaction coordination services to licensed agents and brokerages, including contract-to-close management, compliance document handling, deadline tracking, and communication with all parties. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or brokerage advice.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete transaction information and for all licensed activity and advice given to their own clients. Final compliance responsibility rests with the agent and their brokerage.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted per transaction and agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coordination fees are earned at closing and invoiced accordingly.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and separately selecting an optional consent checkbox, you consent to receive only the category of SMS messages selected from Native 615 Transactions. Marketing messages may include special offers, service updates, and promotions. Non-marketing messages may include inquiries, appointments, and transaction coordination services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. Confidentiality

We treat all transaction documents and client information as confidential and share them only with parties involved in the transaction or as required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
